We have a team of directly employed multi skilled tradesmen that provide the following services:
- Reactive Maintenance
- Installation of Kitchens
- Cyclical Decoration
After you raise a repair with our repairs team at Family Housing on 0800 435223, sometimes your repair will be assigned to an external contractor to complete the work. Each engineer drives a fully branded van and are easy to recognise. We always try to keep the same engineers on the same contracts. This means that they become recognised and familiar to the tenants.
