Having your say

You can have your say in how Family Housing is managed and the services we provide.

We are committed to involving our tenants in how we operated and encourage them to participate and influence decisions about the quality of homes and services provided.

We have an active Tenants' Panel and we will assist groups of residents if they want to establish a Tenants' Association in their neighbourhood.

Tenants' Panel

The Tenants' Panel is a group of residents who have come together to improve the way in which all tenants are able to have a say - participate - in the general running of the Association. Panel members attend training courses to help them understand how association's operate and regularly attend national tenant conferences where they can exchange ideas with other housing association and council tenants.

Tenant Consultation

As part of our aim to continuously improve our service we will, from time to time, send you questionnaires on various aspects of the work we do. Your views are important to us so please complete them and return them to us. Postage is free.
