Income Recovery Team



If you are finding it difficult to keep up with rent payments then call our Income Recovery Team on 0800 021 3930 or 01792 482705 . They can give you help and advice. It's important to keep to any agreement to pay your arrears. If you don't, this could lead to court action and eventually, you may lose your home.

Standing Order       

The Association is no longer offering Standing Orders as a method of payment for new tenants as we have found that the range of other payment methods are simpler and easier to administer for both our Tenants and for the Association. Over the coming weeks and months we will be contacting all of our Tenants who currently pay by Standing Order to make them aware of the changes and the methods of payment that are available. These include Direct debit, Pay Point, Online Payments and payments at our offices.

Credit Union             You can pay rent from your credit union account. Click the button to find out more. 


The Income Recovery Team messaging number is 07554 654400. Save this number as FHA-Income Recovery on your phone. You can then check your balance by texting  'Bal 'to this number.  You will also receive texts regarding your rent account and you will be able to request a call back from the Income Recovery Team.


New direct debit system

New direct debit system

From 12 December, the way in which we set up and manage direct debits will change. Allpay will collect our direct debits and this means that you can set up and amend direct debits over the phone or at our office and we can now offer more flexible payment cycles, weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly quarterly and annual.
