Direct debit              Please contact us with your bank details to set up a paperless direct debit

Standing Order

The Association is no longer offering Standing Orders as a method of payment for new tenants as we have found that the range of other payment methods are simpler and easier to administer for both our Tenants and for the Association. Over the coming weeks and months we will be contacting all of our Tenants who currently pay by Standing Order to make them aware of the changes and the methods of payment that are available. These include Direct debit, Pay Point, Online Payments and payments at our offices.

If you have any queries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact a member of the Income Recovery Team directly, they will be happy to help.
