Older Persons Service
Family Housing Association (Wales) Ltd offer a range of accommodation and services for people who are aged 55 years and over.
The aim of the service is to offer a safe environment for tenants to live and to provide assistance, advice and support to enable tenants to live as independently as they are able to.

Staffed Schemes
Drovers Court is located in Gowerton, Swansea and is close to local amenities and good transport links to Swansea city centre and the surrounding areas.
The scheme offers 20 one-bedroom and 5 two-bedroom apartments, a communal lounge and kitchen area, under floor heating, assistive technology including a Life Line Service and a mobility scooter storage area.
A Tenancy Support Worker is on duty 20 hours a week Monday to Friday who is available to provide tenants with assistance, advice and support when needed.

Francis Court is located in Rhos, Pontardawe and is in close proximity to local amenities with good transport links to Neath, Pontardawe and Swansea.

A Tenancy Support Worker is on duty 35 hours a week Monday to Friday who is available to provide tenants with assistance, advice and support when needed.

Older Persons Floating Support Service
What is Floating Support?
The Floating Support Service offers time limited support to enable service users to be as independent as they are able to be.
The support offered includes assistance with:
- Finance and budgeting
- Income maximisation
- Identification of community resources
- Sign posting to specialist agencies
- Advice around maintenance
- Assistance with referrals to Statutory Agencies
To be able to access this service you must satisfy one of the following criteria:
- Be over 55 years of age and a current Association tenant living within the City and County of Swansea
- Be over 55 years of age and resident within any accommodation within the City and County of Swansea and whose first and main language is Cantonese
