How to pay your rent
Direct Debit is one of the easiest ways to pay your rent. A Direct Debit is an instruction from you to your bank or building society which allows us to collect your rent directly from your account. Allpay will collect our direct debits and you can set up or amend direct debits in person or via the telephone. We have flexible payment cycles to suit your needs and you can choose weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually payments. To set up or amend a direct debit please contact us on 01792 482705.
You can pay your rent at the Post Office or any shop that displays the PayPoint logo. You will need to take your Rent Card with you. Find your nearest payment outlet.
If you have lost or damaged your Rent Card, you can get a new one by calling the income recovery team on 0800 021 3930 or 01792 482705 during office hours.
You can pay your rent online using our online portal. You will need your tenancy reference number and debit or credit card.
