Ty Dyffryn allows our tenants to live well, age well and stay well.  Within Ty Dyffryn, as with all our extra care schemes, tenants can retain as much independence as they choose. There are 50, one and two bed apartments that have their own front door for tenants to come and go as they please. There are also shared facilities such as a lounge area, restaurant, hobby rooms and other facilities that can be used when they feel like company.

Ty Dyffryn acts as a community hub, with activities available not only for the people that live at the schemes, but also for the wider community. Family Housing Association is passionate that the apartments at Ty Dyffryn are part of the local community and local people are encouraged to come in and use the facilities, such as the restaurant, shop or craft rooms. This helps to keep the schemes busy, vibrant and integrates the scheme into the community.

There is also on site care and support, admin, estates and kitchen staff, who all put the tenants at the heart of the service.
