Working from the Main Office
Housing Administrator - maintains all the computerised data on tenants or prospective tenants, sends out letters, and deals with customers directly at the front desk.
Housing Officer - handles tenancy problems such as neighbour nuisance, rent arrears. Sometimes has to appear in court. Needs a vehicle for visits.
Maintenance Officer/Surveyor - looks at properties to assess their state of repair and works closely with Contractors.
Repairs Clerk - administers and orders the daily repairs which come in from tenants via the telephone or in person.
Development Officer - finds, negotiates for and purchases land suitable for us to build homes on.
Administrator - produces correspondence, newsletters, presentations, maintains filing systems and databases and organises meetings.
Out and About
Estate Services Co-ordinator - part of the grounds maintenance team which carry out general landscaping/gardening throughout our properties and look after the communal areas. May live on site in some areas.
Tenancy Support Worker - assists tenants with mental ill health or other problems with day-to-day support e.g. help with budgeting, attending meetings with agencies, assisting with cooking and cleaning. Works in shifts. Needs a vehicle.
Tenancy Support Worker (Older Persons) - supports older tenants to access agencies to assist with e.g. benefits and helps with other tenancy matters.
Housekeepers - undertake daily cleaning duties and undergo training in basic health and safety.
