Family Housing Association was established in 1975 as a non profit-making organisation. It provides
high quality, affordable homes and services and now manages over 2,000 properties throughout the Swansea,
Carmarthenshire and Neath Port Talbot areas providing homes to meet the differing housing needs of a wide
variety of people.
Our aim is to continue to develop homes for families, the elderly and for those who need care and support.
Family Housing Association (Wales) Ltd has charitable status and is affiliated to the National Federation of
Housing Associations and Community Housing Cymru.
