Family Housing Association (Wales) Ltd provides a range of accommodation for single people, couples, families and for older people and people with physical disabilities, learning difficulties and mental health problems.

The housing stock is made up of purpose built and renovated properties. (See examples below). We provide one and two bedroom flats, two bedroom bungalows and a range of general needs family accommodation. Our largest houses can accommodate families of seven, although the majority of our properties designed for families are two and three bedroom properties.

We also provide a range of accommodation and services for older people including purpose built bungalows and flats, sheltered housing and schemes providing extra care for the frail.

Our housing and property services teams provide expert management and maintenance services. They, along with our team of caretakers, including resident caretakers for our larger estates, ensure that all our tenants receive a first class service in all aspects of their tenancies.
