Directions to Family Housing Association (Wales) Limited when approaching from the East of Swansea:-

Heading Westbound on M4 motorway past Port Talbot take Junction 42 of the M4 signposted A483 Swansea. Follow the A483 Fabian Way (beware speed restrictions) into Swansea city centre (Swansea Bay is on your left side).

At the bottom of Fabian Way continue through three sets of traffic lights, passing over the River Tawe bridge and past J.Sainsbury supermarket on the left.

Continue on ahead through two more sets of traffic lights, passing the Swansea Museum and Leisure Centre on the left side and continue into Oystermouth Road.

At the next traffic lights (by the TESCO store) turn right into West Way. Continue ahead passing Swansea Grand Theatre on your right hand side.

Proceed through the next set of traffic lights and at the mini-roundabout take the second exit (right) onto the Kingsway and then immediately bear left onto a filter road taking you into Christina Street. At the next traffic lights (T-junction) turn left into Mansel Street.

Mansel Street becomes Walter Road. Continue ahead passing two pedestrian crossings. FHA's offices are located on the left side, numbers 41-43, halfway up Walter Road. Ask at reception for the FHA contact person. Car parking spaces may be available at the rear of the building - the receptionist will advise you further, upon arrival.
