We provide a range of support services for vulnerable people with various needs. Our support team provides one-to-one housing related help so that tenants can live independently. Tenants receiving support are normally referred to us from Health and Social Services.
Examples of the support we provide:
The Working for Independence in Supported Housing (WISH) project provides support for people with mental health problems in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. This may include 24 hour staffed hostel type accommodation, women only accommodation, shared housing or self contained flats.
