Supported housing

We provide a range of support services for vulnerable people with various needs.  Our support team provides one-to-one housing related help so that tenants can live independently. Tenants receiving support are normally referred to us from Health and Social Services.

Examples of the support we provide: 

  • advice on welfare rights
  • advice on healthy living
  • help with budgeting
  • help to manage a home including cooking and cleaning
  • help to get out and about and socialise
  • help with medication
  • help to move onto more independent living
  • help to get support and information from other services and organisations


The Working for Independence in Supported Housing (WISH) project provides support for people with mental health problems in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. This may include 24 hour staffed hostel type accommodation, women only accommodation, shared housing or self contained flats.
