Best Value
We are committed to providing the best possible service. We do this by regularly reviewing all
our activities with our tenants and customers.
Equal Opportunities
We are fully committed to the principles of equal opportunities in all aspects of our work.
In order to build on its equalities and inclusion work, Family Housing has developed its very first Single Equality Scheme which will aim to bring together the ways it promotes equality of opportunity into a single document. The scheme demonstrates the organisation’s commitment to placing the promotion of equality and diversity at the centre of every aspect of its work and will meet the requirements for:
- Race
- Disability
- Gender equality (including transgender)
- Age
- Religion & belief (including non–belief)
- Sexual orientation
The Single Equality Scheme is for the three year period from October 2010. It sets out how we will meet our legal responsibilities. This scheme includes our equality objectives and the actions we intend to take to deliver them.
